What is Higgins Point?
Higgins Point is a seasonal mobile home park. The park is located in the beautiful town of Cape Vincent NY.
When is the park open?
The park will be open from Saturday May 3rd 2025 – October 12th 2025.
Are Dogs allowed at the park?
No. Dogs are not allowed at this time.
Is there a marina?
Yes our park is equipped with a marina and boat launch for park residents.
What is parking like?
Each lot is allowed 1 vehicle with the exception of the back row that is allowed 2 vehicles. There is a visitor lot at the top of the park.

Is there a Swimming Area?
While there is no designated swimming area and no lifeguard on duty. Residents and guests may swim at their own risk in many locations around the park.
